Slow Yoga is Mindful Yoga

Slow Yoga classes are designed for students looking to focus on breath work, muscle tension release and stress reduction.  Through a gentle, supportive yoga practice Slow Yoga enables students to feel comfortable and safe, helping them to let go, lengthen away, relax and replenish their minds and bodies.

With a small student-to-teacher ratio, Jenelle, our in-house teacher, has the ability to personalize yoga postures to help meet students' specific needs and abilities.  If the typical yoga classes seems daunting to you, or if you are seeking a slower, more mindful practice Slow Yoga might just be a good fit.

Registration is now open, space is limited to 6 students per class.  Visit us at www.yogainthehouse.ca for registration details, which can be found under the 'Fees and Forms' tab.  Or contact us at info.yogainthehouse@gmail.com or on (306)924-2291 to reserve a spot in a class.

Namaste,
Yoga In The House
